We are establishing a state-of-the-art mussel processing factory designed to bring sustainable, high-quality products from the Adriatic Sea to regional and international markets. This facility will serve as a central hub for eco-certified mussel production, combining innovation, sustainability, and local cooperation.

Our factory will produce:

• Eco-certified mussel meat for the tourism and hospitality industry – fresh, local, and sustainably harvested.
• Mussel meal for use in animal feed (fish, poultry, pets) and as a base for nutritional food supplements.
• Mussel oil, rich in omega-3s and bioactive compounds, for use in health supplements and functional food products.
• Shell powder for use in environmental applications such as industrial adsorbents and sustainable construction materials like green concrete.

By integrating advanced processing technology and working closely with local mussel farmers, our factory will strengthen the Adriatic aquaculture value chain and support the transition to a greener, more resilient sea production industry.
